Are you an angry person?  If so, maybe all you need is a little more sleep! An Iowa State University study reveals people who lose just a few hours of sleep are more likely to become angry, especially during frustrating situations. Scientists exposed two groups to noise. One group got seven hours of sleep over two days while the other slept about four 1/2 hours. Researchers observed those in the sleep-restricted group were angrier, regardless of the noise.
