Mount Nittany signs contract with union, wages increase


CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Mount Nittany Health has signed a contract with a union that makes up more than a third of the health center’s staff.

The contract involves those in the service Employee’s International Union, which represents 900 employees at Mount Nittany.

The contract agreed on a 5% wage increase and lower costs for employee healthcare. This contract will last for three years.
