Woman arrested after bringing drugs, urine into courthouse

HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. (WTAJ) — Blair County Sheriffs have arrested Faith Carper, 30, from Tipton when she attempted to enter the Blair County Courthouse with various bags.

The bags in question contained illegal and prescription drugs, drug packing items, paraphernalia, “edged” weapons and a container of clean, drug-free urine.

Carper was arrested on Thursday, April 25, 2019, on two outstanding warrants and is awaiting various charges due to the items she brought into the courthouse.

She was placed in the Blair County Prison based on the outstanding warrants and the other charges are being filed. Those charges include possession with the intent to deliver, possession small amount marijuana, possession of scheduled narcotics, possession drug paraphernalia, possession of weapons within courthouse property, and criminal attempt furnishing drug-free urine.
