Winds create wall of ice

Local News

Wicked wind has caused damage across our region.
Strong winds also hit Canada. At Fort Erie, Ontario, winds were so strong they were blowing up chunks of ice. You can see thousands of pounds of ice being pushed over a retaining wall.
Some are calling it an ‘ice-shove’ or ‘ice-tsunami.’
Ice and water flooded several nearby houses and caused road closures too.
One 77-year-old woman had to be rescued from her home.
Police say she was not hurt.
