Huntingdon Schools Teaming Up_-7878882881399010139

A young man’s tragic passing has inspired Huntingdon School District students
and community members to walk in his memory and against bullying.
The walk to end bullying started at 7-30 Monday morning at the Dollar General on Moore Street in Huntingdon and ended at the front entrance of the Huntingdon Senior High School where the young man was a student.
The district’s superintendent addressed the crowd outside the high school about changes being made to district policies.
The group hopes that the district hears their plea for change so that no student has to face bullying.
Police are still investigating the young man’s death.
The school is offering counseling services from school counselors and psychologists as well as outside agencies and local clergy for anyone in need
