Two roads remain closed in Blair County due to flooding as of 4:00 p.m.

Drivers in Hollidaysburg are advised that roadways across the region continue to be closed due to flooding and they should use caution while driving.

The following roadways will remain closed until the water recedes and can be checked for any damage. Any roadways that have re-opened are noted.

 Blair County:

-Route 4002 (Sugar Run Road) from the intersection of Tunnel Hill Street in Tunnel Hill Borough to the intersection of Mill Road Allegheny Township.

Re-Opened Route 1014 (Ironville Road) from the intersection of Quarry Road in Snyder Township to the intersection of Route 453 (Birmingham Pike) in Snyder Township.

-Route 1013 (Kettle Road) from the intersection of Golf Course Road to the intersection of Hileman Road in Tyrone Township.

PennDOT urges drivers to be alert for water on roadways, obey warning signs and traffic control devices, and never drive through flooding or standing water on roads. Shallow, swiftly flowing water can wash a car from a roadway and the roadbed may not be intact under the water.
