Two people sent to hospital after crash in Somerset County

A serious crash in Somerset County sent two people to the hospital.

It happened Friday afternoon around 4:30 p.m. on Stoystown Road in Somerset Township.

Police said Robert Harp, 23, crossed the double yellow line and went into oncoming traffic. He then hit Joseph Mehalik, 54, head on.

Both were taken to the hospital with suspected serious injuries.
