Two former Beta Theta Pi brothers pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges that stem from the investigation into the 2017 death of pledge Timothy Piazza.
Gary Dibileo, 22, was the seventh former brother to enter into a guilty plea Thursday.
Dibileo pleaded guilty to six counts of hazing and one count of conspiracy to commit hazing.
Police say he ran the wine bag station of the “Gauntlet”, a series of alcohol drinking stations part of bid acceptance night.
The other brother entering into a guilty plea was 21-year-old Aidan O’Brien, who pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to minors.
