Two people are facing homicide by vehicle charges for a deadly crash that happened in September of 2017.
Police say it happened along Route 119 in Henderson Township, Jefferson County– when Amber Hemphill and Michael Brown were driving over the speed limit.
When Hemphill tried to make an illegal pass, both lost control of their cars and crashed.
Bradley Greenlee was a passenger in Brown’s car. He was thrown out during the crash and killed.
Both Hemphill and Brown are facing several felony and misdemeanor charges.
