Tussey Mountain School locked down due to bear

SAXTON, BEDFORD CO., Pa. (WTAJ) — Tussey Mountain High School was placed on lockdown today, May 7, due to a bear that was seen sitting outside on the school property.

The students are being kept inside the building while the school awaits the authorities to check the surrounding area and scare the bear away if need be.
