The 5th annual Sweat for Vets Powerclimb is Sunday at 1p.m. at the Brush Mountain Sportsman’s Club. This year, this local non profit expects to top $100,000 raised for area veterans in need. This year, the organization is expanding assistance to help veterans with financial, mental health and educational needs.

There’s a 2 mile walk and a 5k and 10 k run. You can just sign up before the race. Take the Pinecroft exit of I-99. Click here to visit S4V.org or the Sweat for Vets Facebook page.
