ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — A SWAT team was in an area of Altoona Friday afternoon at a home in the area.
The team converged in the area of 3rd Avenue and 20th street in Altoona. A photo sent by a viewer shows what looks like officials with one person in custody.
