Students show off artwork at Hollidaysburg art gallery

Local News

Students with the Hollidaysburg Art Program are showing off their work at 321 Gallery in Hollidaysburg.

Friday night was the official opening for the gallery of student artwork.

More than 300 pieces of art  from students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade is spread throughout the gallery.

Both students and teachers agree, it’s very encouraging for kids to have the opportunity to put their art on display.

“They’re very proud of it and its a really neat night for the all work to be showcased for the students,” said Hollidaysburg High School Art Teacher Alycia Watt.

“It’s cool for parents and family members to come and see what we’ve been working on,” said Hollidaysburg High School Senior Choloe Dumm.

The art projects will remain at 321 Gallery until the end of the month.
