People with celiac disease must avoid food with gluten because it triggers a reaction that damages their small intestine. They can’t eat grains such as wheat, barley, and rye, and must also stay away from most bread, pasta, baked goods. as well as other foods that contain gluten.
 
But many people without celiac now follow a gluten-free diet. Is this a healthier option for them?
