Richland School District starts demolition on old elementary school

JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Richland School District started demolition on its former elementary school today.

The $2.5 million project involves tearing down the old Rachel Hill Elementary School and adding parking spots and tennis courts.

The school hasn’t been used since 2007 and the project has been in the works for more than ten years.
