Penn State files application to trademark ‘Happy Valley’

Penn State University wants to trademark “Happy Valley,” according to a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office filing.

The trademark application, which was submitted Dec. 4, said the intent is to use the moniker on head wear, shirts and sweatshirts. (Click here to read more)
