Penn Highlands Healthcare buys land in Centre Co.

Patton Township, Centre County, Pa- Penn Highlands Healthcare has recently purchased land.

Patton Township officials say the group is looking to build a clinic, along with office space, which would be a first for Penn Highlands in Patton Township.

The land is near Colonnade Boulevard and Waddle Road. Part of the property is behind the Cracker Barell restaurant which is part of a developing shopping center, known as “Patton Town Center”.

The current plan is for Penn Highlands Healtcare to occupy a 68-thousand square foot building.

Penn highlands also plans to use the property to add over 400 parking spaces to Patton Town Center.
