Penelec power outage hits Lakemont area of Logan Township, Blair County

LOGAN TWP, BLAIR CO, Pa. (WTAJ) — A power outage in the Lakemont area of Logan Township affected nearly 1,500 Penelec customers.

The power outage began at 3:30 p.m. and things were back to normal by 4:40 p.m.

Penelec says the cause was due to an equipment issue with the circuit breaker located inside of a substation in Park Hills Plaza.
