Thursday marked one year since a gunman killed 14 students and 3 staff members at a high school in Parkland, Florida.
Members of that community came together to remember the lives lost at Majory Stoneman Douglas High School Thursday morning. A sign at the school is encouraging students to be positive, passionate and proud. The shooting re-ignited the gun control debate across the country. Here in Pennsylvania, Governor Tom Wolf spoke out about the shooting, Praising the students and parents who pushed for change to gun laws after that attack happened.
