No more free parking in these State College spots

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — Starting this summer, three Penn State parking garages will no longer offer free overnight or weekend parking.

The University announced that on July 1st the East, Hub, and Nittany parking decks will charge one dollar per hour.

There will still be free parking for visitors in the red, orange, and commuter lots on weekdays after 5 p.m. and on most weekends.
