CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Mount Nittany Medical Center has made changes to its visitation policy after a rise in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations.

Starting Saturday, April 3, the medical center is no longer allowing any visitors to protect patients and staff.

Special circumstances will reportedly remain in effect for patients of the emergency and women and children’s services department if the patient is not positive for the virus.
