Man accused of shooting and killing dog

Pennsylvania State Police in Dubois say a dog a is dead after 28-year-old Todd Barber entered a home in Warsaw Township, Jefferson County and shot the victim’s dog. 

State Police say the incident happened nearly a year ago on March 25, 2017.

Barber was picked up on an arrest warrant March 16, 2018.

He’s facing Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Structure, and Cruelty to Animals charges.

Barber was arraigned, given a $50,000 unsecured bail, and released.
