Police have arrested a man who is accused of raping a five-year-old girl.
Alex Plowman, 22, was arraigned on charges Thursday.
According to investigators, the alleged sexual abuse took place in late 2016 and early 2017.
Plowman is currently in the Blair County Prison. Bail was set at $100,000.
