An injured bald eagle has been put down, after being found at an auto service yard in Roaring Spring, Blair County.

The Pennsylvania Game Commision picked it up Wednesday at Yerty’s. We’re told it had a hurt wing and was taken to a rehab center in Centre County. Robin Grobowski of Centre Wildlife Care says it was too injured to recover and they had to put it down. She says it was an old injury and infected. The bald eagle was an adult, at least 5 years old.
