Johnstown teen rescued from river

A Johnstown teenager is safe after he was rescued after falling off a river wall.

It happened Wednesday night around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday night behind Greater Johnstown High School near Central Avenue.

Firefighters said the teen accidentally fell and they had to climb down the river wall with a rope to rescue him.

The teen did not fall in the water and was not seriously hurt.
