Grant announced for Clinton County Rail Trail.
State Representative Mike Hanna announced a $84,700 for the rehabilitation of a railroad bridge over the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in Pine Creek and Wayne townships.
The grant was awarded through the Community Conservation Partnerships Program administered by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and will cover the cost of drawings, specifications, and related documents for the project.
“This grant represents further state investment in the 76th Legislative District, which ultimately benefits our area’s economy and quality of life,” said Hanna. “I thank DCNR for making an allotment to Clinton County in its latest round of funding from this important program.”
