Geisinger CEO takes pay cut, employee emergency fun created

DANVILLE, Pa. (WTAJ) – Geisinger’s CEO and his executive staff volunteered to take a temporary pay reduction according to a release.

The money is going to be added to an employee emergency assistance fund.

Employees facing unexpected financial hardships from the pandemic are eligible.

The compensation reductions are expected to add $250,000 dollars a month to this assistance fund.
