STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) – If you’re heading downtown State College, you’ll save some money on parking over the next week.
Yesterday, the downtown area started offering free parking at all municipal meters plus, the garage locations at Pugh, Fraser and Beaver.
That offer is running from now until January 1st.
