A Bedford County man is facing 36 drug charges. Tuesday night around 8:30, police were called to the Turkey Hill convenience store in Roaring Spring.

They were told 42 year old Robert Franklin was slumped over his wheel at the gas pumps. Police say they saw a pipe on a floorboard and after a search they found meth, heroin, scales and baggies in the vehicle.

He’s charged with felony posession with the intent to deliver. Franklin is in the Blair County Prison awaiting a hearing.
