“De-Stress Week” at Penn State

Local News

It’s finals week at Penn State, and the university is offering students a few ways to relieve stress.

The University holds “De-Stress” in five libraries on campus, which offer snacks, coffee, and even art therapy for students.

Students say it helps them unwind and recharge for their finals.

“I think it’s very calming, because you’re just focused on colors and mixing them and trying to make your art look good, you’re not focused on anything else, so that way it helps calm you down,” Oeindrila Das, Penn State student, said.

Most of the “De-Stress” events at University Park will run through Wednesday.
