STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — Centre County District Attorney Bernie Cantorna is expected to release the findings and report regarding the March officer involved shooting Wednesday.
On March 20th, State College police were serving a mental health warrant to Osaze Osagie at his State College apratment, when police say Osagie took out a knife and went after them. One officer fired three shots at the 29-year-old, killing him.
Last month, the District Attorney announced that ballistic testing in the case had been completed by the state crime lab.
We’re expecting a news conference for the relase of the final report on this investigations some time Wednesday.
