A Reynoldsville convenience store destroyed by a fire in January is back open– in a temporary home.
What looks like a regular trailer is now the temporary location for One Stop Convenience store.
It’s stocked with all the basics, snacks, drinks, milk and bread– and of course, coffee.
The store was a total loss after a fire started in a furnace on January 22.
The owners opened the trailer to continue serving the community.
“They’ve been very receptive to it,“ manager Kandy Bannon said. “It’s exciting to see everybody again, we’ve missed everybody. Our customers are like our family almost, we know their story, they know ours.“
The temporary store is open seven days a week.
Plans for a permanent store are in the works.
