Clearfield getting ready for fall festival

Local News

Celebrate the fall season this weekend in Clearfield.

Saturday is the annual Clearfield Revitalization Corp. Fall Festival.

Along with an appearance by scarecrows made by high school art students, there will be food, crafts and music.

Events get started at 8:30 a.m. with a 5k walk/run.

New this year, there will be a pumpkin patch sprint for kids to participate in too.

“Come on down, join us, have a good time,” Main Street Manager Loretta Wagner said. “ it’s kind of that last hurrah before the snow flies, so to speak. So come on down and enjoy the activities in Downtown Clearfield.”

The festival will begin after the 5k at 10 a.m. and will go until 4 p.m.
