The 21st Annual Chilli Bowl in Clearfield gave folks the chance to swing by and try 37 different chilis.
Businesses, churches and other organizations all competed to see who could take home the title of best chili.
The event is hosted by the Clearfield Penn Highlands Community Nurses.
All the money raised goes toward their hospice program.
“It shows at the amount of support that we’ve had this evening that everyone’s been touched somehow by something, and so it’s nice to have the local support,” hospice supervisor for Penn Highlands Community Nurses Miranda Lombardo said.
Last year, the money raised at that event was used to help 125 hospice patients and families.
