A Centre County man facing charges that include First Degree Murder will be heading to trial.
Police say 37-year-old Ardell Gross shot and killed his uncle, Richard Smalley at a home on Whitman Avenue in Pleasant Gap more than a year ago.
The two had a dispute over ownership of the home, when Gross’s grandfather passed away.
Police say Gross told them Smalley threatened to sell the house from under him, so he quote “blasted him.”
The trial is set to begin Tuesday, November 27th.
