Camp Cadet coming to Clarion University

Local News

Clarion County (WTAJ) — Boys and girls are being invited to learn what life is like for people in law enforcement.

The Pennsylvania State Police are holding their annual Camp Cadet.

The program is open to kids ages twelve through fourteen.

At the camp, kids build their self esteem and confidence through team exercises.

With an atmosphere similar to that of a police training academy, they will learn a lot about police officers, the US Coast Guard, State Gaming Commission and more.

The camp is held at Clarion University July 28 through August 2.

Registration is twenty dollars per-person and open until June 3.
