The Boy Scouts of America is reportedly considering filing for bankruptcy.

According to the Wall Street Journal, The Scouts have hired a major law firm amid escalating costs tied to sex abuse allegations dating back to the 1960s.

Filing for bankruptcy could offer the non-profit a window to negotiate with people who sued.
