Boeing needs more time to fix 737 Max jets

Local News

Boeing and the FAA say more time is needed to fix the troubled 737 Max airliner. Boeing is making software changes to the flight control system on the jet. The system is believed to have played a role in two deadly crashes.

Boeing was expected to complete the work last week, but the FAA says the company needs more time to address all the issues. The planes have been grounded around the world since the middle of last month.
