Bedford Borough approves transient retail ordinance

BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — It’s reported that the Bedford Borough Council approved a transient retail ordinance last night.

The council adopted an ordinance that will allow private property owners to host vendor events in the borough’s commercial districts.

The ordinance was approved July 6 by a 5-1 vote.
