About 80 neighbors came to voice their complaints and get answers from the Greater Johnstown Water authority about a proposed wind turbine project.
This happened Thursday at the Johnstown Water Authority meeting.
This meeting happened as a result of a December 12th town hall meeting that attracted 200 participants
Representative Frank Burns says residents who live in the area that’s owned by the Water Authority would be most impacted by the possible erection of up to 60 wind turbines. He adds that they deserve to be kept fully in the loop and treated as partners in any project that has the potential to disrupt their lifestyle.
