Governor Tom Wolf announced that thousands of dollars will be spent on a mobile game, to help Pennsylvanians get hired for manufacturing jobs.
“Catalyst Connection” is an industrial resource center that’s creating the game with Pittsburgh developer “Simcoach Games.”
The app will allow users to practice skills necessary for manufacturing jobs.
A grant of more than $158,000 is being given to the center to create the game and work with manufacturers to include it in their hiring process.
