Anti bullying campaign visits Cambria County

A nationally recognized program came to the Richland School District Thursday night.
The program is called Rachel’s Challenge.
It promotes a safe, positive school environment through the story of Rachel Joy Scott.
She was the first victim of the Columbine High School shooting in 1999.
During the program you’ll learn about her impact on todays youth.
It was an hour long program for students in grades 7 through 12, parents, guardians and community members.
