UPDATE: James Stennett is now charged with Domestic Violence and Interference with custody in Warren Municipal Court.


UPDATE: As of 6:50 p.m. we have heard that the child was found and is safe. The grandmother brought the child to local officials.

We will update the story as details may become available.


An amber alert has been issued for a 2-month-old taken in Warren Ohio.

They are very close to interstate 80 and less than 20 minutes from PA. Officials do not know the direction they are traveling.

The suspect is believed to be Jame Stennet and may be armed with a shotgun, he is pictured above.

The child is a white male named Jasper. She is 2 months old with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is wearing a yellow shirt with blue shorts.

The child was last seen at 1999 Hazelwood Avenue in Warren, Ohio around 1:20 p.m. on April 18.

The car is a gold 2005 Buick Rendezvous with the license plate HQN8371.

The suspect could be armed with a shotgun. If you have any information you are asked to call 911 or your local police.
