Alumni Coming From All Over For Penn State Homecoming Parade

Local News

Once a Nittany Lion always a Nittany Lion right?  It seems like wherever alumni move, they make sure to come back to Penn State events like this weekend’s homecoming.

Laura San Roman, Penn State class of 2016, says she and her family came from Arlington, Virginia to be here.

She says coming back for the homecoming parade and seeing old friends makes you feel like you never left.

“Pen State is awesome and it was like the best four years of our lives, so it’s fun to come back and relive it and see everybody, even though we got people on the east coast, on the west coast, in the middle of the county, we can all come back to the same spot, San Roman said.

She says it very cool to see all the different clubs, fraternities and sororities that walk through the parade.
