AccuWeather agreed to pay $290,000 after an investigation found the company discriminated against female employees by subjecting them to sexual harassment and a hostile work environment.
The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs also found AccuWeather did not exercise reasonable care to prevent and correct the discrimination and harassment. (Click here to read more)
