EVERETT, BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa (WTAJ) — State Police in Hollidaysburg have arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile for false reports to law enforcement.

Officers stopped a 2012 Ford Focus for speeding back on April 7. The driver of the car related that he was a juvenile and did not have a license. He did provide a name and date of birth; however, this information was unable to identify him.

Through interviews that were conducted, it was learned that the driver provided a false name and date of birth to the officer.  Once the correct name and date of birth were determined it was discovered that the juvenile was wanted by Bedford County Juvenile Probation.

He was taken into custody and released to Bedford County Juvenile Probation.

False ID to Law Enforcement charges were filed in Juvenile court.
