3 additional charges added in fatal ATV crash involving Hollidaysburg senior

The man accused of being involved in an ATV crash that killed a high school senior will head to trial.

Bilak is facing multiple charges — including homicide by vehicle and accident involving death —  in connection to the crash that killed Mikayla Focht, the 18 -year-old captain of the Hollidaysburg Golden Tiger Softball Team.

Three additional charges were added at Thursday’s preliminary hearing including, homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and two other DUI related charges.

Seven witnesses testified regarding the events related to the incident.

All charges are set to carry over for trial.

The trail date will be scheduled at a later date.
