Actresses Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin are among dozens of people criminally charged Tuesday in a sweeping college admissions bribery scandal.  

Justice Department officials say they were a part of a scam that offered students near-perfect college admission test scores or a fake athletic profile to secure them spots at elite colleges.
