State College School District tax increase

The State College School Board met Monday night. 
The board approved the maximum tax rate increase of 2.3%.
They used a $25,000 grant to buy security cameras and electronic door locks.
And the board learned that the elementary school construction projects are behind schedule but still expected to be done by August.
