YORK, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say a 14-year-old boy has been charged in a shooting death in central Pennsylvania earlier this month.
York police say the suspect was arrested Wednesday at a house where heroin and crack cocaine were also found. Two other people were also taken into custody.
Police said the teen was charged with homicide, attempted homicide, conspiracy and firearms counts in the May 2 homicide of 27-year-old Antonio Garcia.
York County Coroner Pam Gay said Garcia died of multiple gunshot wounds to the head. Detective Andy Shaffer said the shooting happened minutes before his body was found.
